OAEYA
For brand owners & founders · DACH and international

Your brand should earn the budget. Not the platform.

Most brands lose four to five figures every month to structural mistakes nobody sees. I find them before they cost you more — across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and Reddit. You get the same person who ran seven- and eight-figure budgets. Without an agency apparatus you end up paying for.

Who this is for

Three moments almost every brand owner knows.

None of them is about working too little. All three cost money you never see — because nobody shows you where it goes.

Sunday evening

"I can see €12,000 went out this month. Which part brought revenue and which part simply vanished — I couldn't tell you."

Founder, beauty brand · team of 2
After the agency call

"They talk about frequency capping and Advantage+. I nod. And pay €3,500 a month to still not know whether any of it works."

Owner, home & living
When scaling

"At €5K a month it worked. At €15K the CPA falls apart and I don't know whether it's the creatives, the setup, or a market that's simply smaller than we thought."

Services

Three levers your money hangs on.

Most brands don't lose money at one of these points, but because all three are handled separately: strategy in a deck, buying in the account, measurement in a report. The budget leaks away in between.

01

Strategy & full funnel

Media plan · funnel architecture · budget allocation

Which platform carries which funnel stage, with what share of budget and what goal. Including flighting, seasonality, and the question of when brand budget makes performance cheaper instead of cannibalising it.

02

Media buying

Campaign architecture · bidding · creative management

Building and running the accounts: campaign structure, bidding strategies, Advantage+ versus manual, creative testing frameworks, consolidation instead of account sprawl. Hands-on, not as a recommendation in a slide deck.

03

Measurement & tracking

Pixel & CAPI · attribution · brand lift studies

Server-side tracking, event match quality, attribution windows — and beyond that, studies that measure what click attribution can't see: brand lift, ad recall, purchase intent.

Platforms & funnel coverage

Five platforms. Not all of them for everything.

Every platform has a funnel stage where it genuinely performs — and one where it just costs money. The matrix shows where I ran campaigns end to end and where I advised and planned.

Measurement beyond the last click

Brand Lift Studies

Past a certain size, click attribution stops telling the truth. Optimising for the last click moves budget to where demand already existed — and mistakes that for growth.

What a brand lift study measures

The platform splits your audience in two: one group sees your ads, the other doesn't. Both are then asked the same question. The difference is the effect your campaign actually caused — regardless of whether anyone clicked.

  • Ad recall — do people remember the ad?
  • Brand awareness — do they know the brand better afterwards?
  • Purchase intent — are they seriously considering buying?

I set these studies up, read them, and translate the result into a budget decision: where brand investment makes your performance campaigns cheaper instead of running alongside them.

How working together starts

Four steps before any budget moves.

I don't take on an account without having seen it first. That protects you from a false start and me from an engagement that can't work.

01

First conversation

30 minutes: where you stand, what the goal is, what has happened so far. Then I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit — or who would be.

The free profitability audit

If you're not ready to talk about working together, start here: I analyse your existing setup over seven days and six layers and put a monthly euro figure on what's currently being lost. You get a report, a video walkthrough and a strategy call.

It costs you nothing and commits you to nothing — I'm building the benchmark base for the DACH premium market with it. If you carry on alone afterwards, that's a good outcome for me. What the audit covers in detail →

Where the experience comes from

Seven- to eight-figure budgets. Six years.

Most recently Group Head of Social Platform Advertising at Mediaplus / Serviceplan — leading a team of 8 and responsible for the discipline across 100+ people agency-wide.

A selection of the brands I worked on at Mediaplus / Serviceplan — among many others. They are not OAEYA clients; the work on those accounts is the foundation of the method.

Who runs the accounts

The person behind OAEYA

No junior team and no white-label partner runs your campaigns. I sit in the accounts myself — from funnel architecture to weekly optimisation. That's exactly why I only take on a limited number of clients.

Six years in paid social, most recently Group Head of Social Platform Advertising at Mediaplus / Serviceplan. Hands-on responsibility for Marc O'Polo, s.Oliver, Deichmann, HORNBACH, Dr. Hauschka, E.ON, Vöslauer, dean&david and Playmobil.

Independent with OAEYA since February 2026. I work for decision-makers — still hands-on, not a conference personality.

What sits behind the collaboration

No email chaos. A system.

The hardest part of a new collaboration is usually the beginning: access, context, goals — spread across twenty emails. With me that runs through my own tools, which I keep building on.

Fill it in once. Then I take over.

You get a personal link. In about 20 minutes you gather everything I need — brand, goals, audience, access. Progress saves automatically, you can pause any time and continue on another device.

Smaller accounts automatically see fewer steps. And if you're in a hurry, there's an express mode that asks only for the essentials.

No chasing, no back and forth over email. After that I set everything up and come back to you with the next steps.

The OAEYA dashboard

Right now I'm building the part I miss most myself: a view where you can see at any time what your money is doing — without clicking through Ads Manager or waiting for a monthly report.

  • Ad spend, revenue, contribution margin and CAC in one view
  • All platforms side by side instead of five separate accounts
  • What changed this week — and why

I'm deliberately not claiming it's finished. It lives at app.oaeya.com and is being rolled out to clients step by step. Until then you get the same numbers as a report — just not in real time.

When you need more hands

OAEYA Studios

Not every brand needs a senior on strategy. Some need a team that works in the account daily, produces creatives and handles day-to-day operations.

That's what OAEYA Studios is for: paid ads across Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest, run like an operations system — with fixed packages instead of timesheets.

If the first conversation shows that's the better route for you, I'll say so. Then you end up there, instead of in an engagement cut too large for you.

Six questions. Then we both know if it fits.

I only take on work where I can make a difference. Six short questions settle that up front — they save us both a call that leads nowhere. Takes under two minutes.

  • A reply within 24 hours

The questions that always come up

At an agency the senior pitches and the junior delivers. With me that gap doesn't exist — whoever sits in the first call also sits in the account. The price is capacity: I can only run a limited number of engagements. If you need a team for day-to-day operations, OAEYA Studios is the better route, and I'll say so.

No. Some of my engagements run alongside an existing agency — as a strategy and quality layer above it. In that case I don't take over the account; I set the framework, review the execution and translate the numbers for management.

As a rule of thumb, from €10,000 in monthly media budget. The reason is plain arithmetic: if I find 15% in waste, that's around €1,500 a month at €10,000 — enough to carry a senior fee. At €3,000 it's €450, and then I earn from you without you gaining. I'd rather say that up front than sell you an engagement that doesn't add up for you.

It depends on scope — number of platforms, markets, depth of involvement. Quoting a fee before I've seen the account would be guesswork. That's why the proposal comes after the account review, and that review commits you to nothing.

No. Brand lift studies need a minimum reach and a budget that can carry the test group — otherwise the result is statistically worthless. Whether it works in your case depends on your spend and audience size. If it doesn't, there are other ways to measure impact beyond the last click.

During the review: read-only access, no write access, no changes to running campaigns. NDA up front on request. Analyses feed into benchmarks in anonymised form only — client names and exact figures stay confidential, as you can see on this page.
